Praise experienced several hardships at a young age. His father passed away after a period of illness, and his family was later affected by attacks carried out by Muslim Fulani herdsmen in their village. Following these events, his mother remarried and relocated, leaving Praise in the care of his grandmother.

As his elderly grandmother found it increasingly difficult to meet his long-term needs, she sought assistance from Seeds of Hope Nigeria. Praise was welcomed into the Safe House on March 16th, 2022, where he now lives in a stable and supportive environment.
