Favour lost her father as an infant during the crisis in her village. Her widowed mother, who struggled to care for Favour and her two siblings, sought assistance so that Favour could have better opportunities for care and education.

Favour arrived at the Seeds of Hope Nigeria Safe House on December 17th, 2021, where she is now growing, learning, and thriving in a supportive environment.
